1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

사진·그림·주사위 작품: 사용자가 선택한 사진, 배경 제거 결과, 직접 그린 그림, 각 면의 배치와 꾸미기 설정을 작품 제작·저장·재편집·굴리기에 사용하며 기기에 저장합니다. 사진 배경 제거는 기기에서 처리합니다. 선택하지 않은 전체 사진 보관함을 수집하지 않습니다.

동작 정보: 휴대폰의 기울기와 움직임을 흔들기 굴림에 사용합니다. 센서 원시 값은 주꾸 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

설정·구매 상태: 언어, 소리·진동, 놀이 방식과 광고 제거 권한 등을 앱 동작과 구매 복원에 사용합니다. 광고 제거 구매가 제공되는 경우 App Store가 결제를 처리하며, 주꾸는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 현재 테스트 버전의 구매 시험은 실제 판매와 구분됩니다.

문의 정보: 이메일 문의 시 이메일 주소, 사용자가 적은 내용과 자발적으로 첨부한 자료를 답변과 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 필요하지 않은 개인 사진이나 민감한 정보는 보내지 않아도 됩니다.

2. 놀이 기록과 의견 공유

기기 내 놀이 기록에는 설치 식별자, 시각, 앱 버전, 언어, 놀이 유형과 앱 실행·사진 선택·작품 저장·굴림·광고·구매 관련 이벤트가 포함됩니다. 사진, 작품 이름과 센서 원시 값은 이 기록에 포함하지 않습니다. 사용자가 작성한 의견은 별도로 기기에 보관합니다.

최근 이벤트 2,000개와 의견 20개까지 보관하며, 한도를 넘으면 오래된 항목부터 제외합니다. 설정과 의견 화면에서 놀이 기록 보관을 끄거나 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기록 삭제는 내 주사위를 삭제하지 않습니다.

기록은 주꾸 운영자에게 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 공유 파일을 준비하고 공유할 곳을 선택할 때 해당 대상에게 전달됩니다. 의견 포함 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다. 현재 Firebase Analytics, GA4, PostHog 또는 Mixpanel을 통한 자동 원격 분석은 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 위젯과 기기 저장

위젯 공유 기능이 제공되는 빌드에서는 선택한 작품의 6개 면 이미지를 앱과 위젯이 함께 사용하는 기기 저장 영역에 복사합니다. 작품 수정·삭제에 맞춰 공유 사본을 갱신합니다. 이 과정은 인터넷 공개가 아닙니다.

작품과 설정은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱의 기기 저장 자료가 제거될 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 작품과 기록을 잃을 수 있습니다. 주꾸 자체의 자동 클라우드 동기화나 다른 기기 복구는 제공하지 않습니다. iOS 자체의 백업은 기기와 Apple의 설정에 따릅니다.

4. 광고와 개인정보 선택

주꾸는 Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob)와 User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 현재 개발 빌드는 Google 공식 테스트 광고를 사용합니다. 운영 광고와 지역별 동의 메시지는 출시 구성에 따라 활성화합니다.

Google SDK는 광고 제공·광고 성과 측정·오류 진단 등을 위해 IP 주소, 기기 식별 정보, 표시된 광고와 광고 상호작용, 앱 상호작용 및 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 주꾸가 사진·그림을 광고 자료로 제공하는 기능은 없습니다. SDK의 항목과 목적은 Google의 iOS 데이터 공개 안내와 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

운영 광고 버전에서는 지역과 SDK 요구에 따라 동의 화면을 표시하고, 개인정보 선택 재설정이 필요한 경우 앱 설정에서 다시 열 수 있습니다. 현재 앱은 iOS의 ATT 추적 허용을 요청하지 않습니다. Google이 처리한 데이터의 보관과 삭제는 Google 정책 및 해당 서비스 설정에 따르며, 앱의 놀이 기록 삭제로 Google 데이터까지 삭제되지는 않습니다.

광고 제거 권한이 활성화되면 이후 광고 요청과 노출을 중단합니다. 이미 광고 서비스가 처리한 자료를 자동으로 삭제하는 기능은 아닙니다.

5. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리

광고·동의 처리에는 Google, 결제·구매 복원에는 Apple, 이메일 문의에는 Gmail을 이용합니다. 이메일 문의와 광고 서비스 이용 과정에서 정보가 해당 업체의 서비스 환경에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 처리 위치와 기간은 해당 서비스의 구성과 정책에 따릅니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Apple 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

사용자가 시스템 공유 기능으로 자료를 보내는 경우 사용자가 선택한 앱 또는 수신자가 해당 자료를 받습니다. 주꾸는 선택하지 않은 공유 대상에게 자동 전송하지 않습니다.

6. 보관·삭제와 사용자의 권리

기기 작품과 기록은 앱의 삭제 기능으로 직접 관리할 수 있습니다. 앱에 보관된 파일을 삭제하는 방식으로 처리하며, 삭제된 작품의 자동 복구는 제공하지 않습니다. 별도로 내보낸 파일이나 수신자가 보관한 사본은 해당 위치에서 관리해야 합니다.

운영자에게 전달한 문의나 놀이 기록은 문의 답변·오류 확인·사용성 검토에 필요한 동안만 이용하고, 해당 목적이 끝나면 불필요한 자료를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 법률에 따라 별도 보존이 필요한 경우 그 근거와 기간을 안내합니다.

운영자가 보관한 본인의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청을 처리하는 데 필요한 최소한의 확인을 거쳐 답변합니다. 운영자는 기기에만 있는 작품을 원격으로 열람하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다. 광고 서비스가 직접 보관한 정보에 관한 권리 행사는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 안내를 이용할 수 있습니다.

7. 온라인 기능의 적용 범위

현재 기본 테스트 버전은 공개 온라인 커뮤니티와 회원 가입 서버에 연결되지 않습니다. 커뮤니티 미리보기는 공개 게시나 회원 가입을 의미하지 않습니다.

온라인 공개·팔로우·신고·친구방 또는 원격 분석을 도입할 때는 실제 수집 항목, 목적, 보존 기간, 처리 업체와 국외 이전 정보를 먼저 갱신하고 필요한 안내·동의 절차를 제공합니다. 이번 방침은 아직 운영하지 않는 서버의 수집을 허용하는 포괄 동의가 아닙니다.

8. 보호 조치와 아동의 정보

사진 처리와 센서 처리는 가능한 범위에서 기기 안에서 수행하고, 사진·원시 센서 값이 놀이 기록에 포함되지 않도록 구성합니다. 운영자는 문의 자료에 대한 접근을 제한하고 목적에 필요한 정보만 처리합니다.

현재 버전은 회원 가입이나 연령 정보를 받지 않습니다. 문의와 의견에는 아동을 포함한 타인의 개인 정보를 불필요하게 포함하지 마세요. 보호자가 아동의 정보가 운영자에게 전달되었다고 판단하는 경우 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

9. 이 개인정보 페이지와 방침 변경

이 페이지 자체에는 광고, 방문자 분석 도구, 외부 폰트 또는 소셜 추적 스크립트를 넣지 않습니다. 웹 호스팅 제공자는 페이지 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소와 요청 정보를 접속 로그로 처리할 수 있습니다. 외부 링크를 누르면 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

앱의 기능이나 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지의 방침과 최종 업데이트 날짜를 갱신합니다. 필요한 경우 앱 안에서도 변경 내용을 안내하고 별도 동의를 받습니다.

1. Information and purposes

Photos, drawings and dice: selected photos, cutouts, drawings, face layouts and customization settings are stored on your device for creation, editing and play. Background removal runs on your device. jukku does not collect your entire photo library.

Motion: device movement and tilt support shake-to-roll. Raw sensor readings are not sent to a jukku server.

Settings and purchase status: language, sound, haptics, play settings and ad-removal entitlement support app features and purchase restoration. If ad removal is offered, the App Store processes payment; jukku does not receive card details. Test purchases in the current build are separate from actual sales.

Email inquiries: your email address, message and voluntarily supplied attachments are used to respond and resolve issues. Please do not send unnecessary personal photos or sensitive information.

2. Play records and feedback

Local records include an installation identifier, timestamps, app version, language, mode and events relating to app opening, photo selection, saving, rolls, ads and purchases. They exclude photos, creation names and raw motion readings. Written feedback is stored separately on your device.

Up to 2,000 recent events and 20 feedback entries are retained; older entries are removed when these limits are exceeded. You can stop logging or delete records in Settings and Feedback. Deleting records does not delete your dice.

Records are not automatically sent to the operator. They are sent only when you prepare a file and choose a sharing destination; including feedback is optional. Firebase Analytics, GA4, PostHog and Mixpanel are not currently used for automatic remote analytics.

3. Widgets and device storage

In builds supporting widget sharing, six rendered faces of the selected creation are copied into storage shared by the app and widget on your device. Copies are updated when the creation is edited or deleted. This does not publish them online.

Creations and settings remain until you delete them or the app's device data is removed. Uninstalling may remove creations and records. jukku does not provide automatic cloud sync or cross-device recovery. iOS backups depend on your device and Apple settings.

4. Ads and privacy choices

jukku uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and User Messaging Platform (UMP). The current development build uses official Google test ads. Production ads and regional consent messages depend on release configuration.

Google SDKs may process IP addresses, device identifiers, ads displayed, ad interactions, app interactions and diagnostic or performance information for ad delivery, measurement and diagnostics. jukku has no feature that supplies your photos or drawings for advertising. See Google's iOS data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Production ad versions present consent choices according to regional and SDK requirements. Required privacy options can be reopened in app settings. The app currently does not request iOS ATT tracking permission. Google retains and deletes data under its policies and service settings; deleting local play records does not delete Google's data.

An active ad-removal entitlement stops future ad requests and displays. It does not automatically erase data already processed by the advertising service.

5. External services and international processing

Google provides ads and consent handling, Apple handles payments and purchase restoration, and Gmail receives email inquiries. Advertising and inquiry information may be processed in these providers' service environments. Locations and retention depend on their configurations and policies. When you use system sharing, the app or recipient you select receives the file. jukku does not automatically send it to other destinations.

6. Retention, deletion and your rights

Manage local creations and records using the app's deletion controls. Files are removed from app storage; deleted creations cannot be automatically restored. Manage separately exported files and recipients' copies at their respective locations.

Inquiries and records you send to the operator are used only while needed to answer questions, investigate issues or review usability. Unnecessary data is deleted without undue delay once that purpose is complete. If separate legal retention is required, its basis and period will be explained.

You may email requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information held by the operator. Only the minimum verification needed to handle the request will be sought. The operator cannot remotely access or delete creations stored only on your device. For information held directly by an advertising provider, use that provider's privacy channels.

7. Online features

The current default test version is not connected to a public community or registration server. Community previews are not public posting or account registration.

Before introducing online publishing, follows, reports, rooms or remote analytics, this policy will be updated with the actual information, purposes, retention, providers and international transfers, together with required notices and consent. This policy is not blanket consent for future server collection.

8. Safeguards and children's information

Photos and sensors are processed on-device where supported. Play logs are designed to exclude photos and raw sensor readings. The operator restricts access to inquiry materials and uses only information needed for the stated purpose.

The current version does not collect account registration or age information. Do not unnecessarily include other people's personal information, including children's, in inquiries or feedback. A guardian who believes a child's information has been sent to the operator can request deletion by email.

9. This page and policy changes

This page contains no ads, visitor analytics, remote fonts or social tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and request information in access logs to deliver and secure the page. External links are governed by the linked service's policies.

Changes to app features or processing will be reflected here and in the updated date. Where needed, changes will also be communicated in the app and separate consent obtained.

動作情報：端末の傾きや動きを振って転がす操作に使います。センサーの生データはjukkuのサーバーに送りません。

設定・購入状態：言語、音、振動、遊び方、広告削除の権利をアプリ動作や購入の復元に使います。広告削除を販売する場合、決済はApp Storeが行い、jukkuはカード情報を受け取りません。現在のテスト購入は実際の販売とは別です。

お問い合わせ：メールアドレス、本文、任意の添付資料を回答と問題解決に使います。不要な個人写真や機微な情報を送る必要はありません。

2. プレイ記録と意見

端末内の記録にはインストール識別子、日時、バージョン、言語、モードと、起動・写真選択・保存・転がし・広告・購入のイベントが含まれます。写真、作品名、センサーの生データは含みません。記入した意見は別に端末に保存します。

最近のイベント2,000件と意見20件まで保存し、上限を超えた古い項目は除きます。設定と意見画面で記録を止めたり削除したりできます。記録削除でサイコロは消えません。

記録を運営者に自動送信しません。利用者がファイルを用意して共有先を選んだ時に送られます。意見の同梱は任意です。現在、Firebase Analytics、GA4、PostHog、Mixpanelによる自動リモート分析は使用していません。

3. ウィジェットと端末保存

共有機能に対応するビルドでは、選択した作品の6面画像をアプリとウィジェットの端末内共有領域にコピーし、編集・削除に合わせて更新します。インターネット公開ではありません。

作品と設定は利用者が削除するかアプリの端末データが消去されるまで保存します。アンインストールで作品や記録が失われる場合があります。jukku独自の自動クラウド同期や別端末復元はありません。iOSのバックアップは端末とAppleの設定に従います。

4. 広告とプライバシーの選択

Google SDKは広告配信・計測・診断のため、IPアドレス、端末識別情報、表示広告、広告・アプリの操作、診断・性能情報を処理する場合があります。写真や絵を広告用に提供する機能はありません。GoogleのiOSデータ開示とGoogleプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

本番広告版では地域とSDK要件に応じた同意画面を表示し、必要なプライバシー設定をアプリ設定から再表示できます。現在iOS ATTの追跡許可は要求しません。Googleの保存・削除は同社の方針とサービス設定に従い、端末記録の削除でGoogleのデータは消えません。

広告削除の権利が有効な場合、以後の広告要求・表示を停止します。広告サービスが既に処理したデータを自動削除するものではありません。

5. 外部サービスと国外処理

広告・同意はGoogle、決済・購入復元はApple、お問い合わせメールはGmailを利用します。広告やメールの情報は各社のサービス環境で処理される場合があります。所在地と保存期間はサービス構成と方針に従います。GoogleプライバシーポリシーとAppleプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

システム共有で送る場合、選んだアプリや相手が資料を受け取ります。選んでいない共有先へ自動送信しません。

6. 保存・削除と利用者の権利

端末の作品や記録はアプリの削除機能で管理できます。アプリ保存領域のファイルを削除し、作品の自動復元は提供しません。書き出したファイルや受信者のコピーは、それぞれの場所で管理してください。

運営者に送ったお問い合わせや記録は、回答・不具合調査・使いやすさの検討に必要な間だけ利用し、目的終了後は不要な資料を遅滞なく削除します。法律による別途保存が必要な場合、根拠と期間を案内します。

運営者が保有する本人の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・処理停止をメールで請求できます。対応に必要な最小限の確認を行います。端末だけにある作品を運営者が遠隔で閲覧・削除することはできません。広告事業者が直接保有する情報は同社の窓口も利用できます。

7. オンライン機能の範囲

現在の標準テスト版は公開コミュニティや会員登録サーバーに接続されていません。コミュニティのプレビューは公開投稿や会員登録を意味しません。

公開・フォロー・報告・ルーム・リモート分析の導入前に、実際の情報、目的、保存期間、事業者、国外移転情報を更新し、必要な案内と同意手続きを提供します。この方針は将来のサーバー収集への包括的な同意ではありません。

8. 保護対策と子どもの情報

写真とセンサーは対応する範囲で端末内処理を行い、プレイ記録に写真やセンサーの生データが入らない構成にしています。運営者は問い合わせ資料へのアクセスを制限し、目的に必要な情報のみ扱います。

現在の版は会員登録や年齢情報を収集しません。お問い合わせや意見に、子どもを含む他者の個人情報を不要に含めないでください。保護者が子どもの情報が運営者に届いたと判断した場合、メールで削除を請求できます。

9. このページと方針の変更

このページに広告、訪問者分析、外部フォント、ソーシャル追跡スクリプトはありません。ホスティング事業者は配信と安全のためIPアドレスや要求情報をアクセスログで処理する場合があります。外部リンク先には各サービスの方針が適用されます。

機能や処理方法を変える場合、このページと最終更新日を更新します。必要に応じてアプリ内で案内し、別途同意を得ます。
